Austin Bates

Austin Bates runs the Bates Team at VIP Mortgage, Inc in Scottsdale. Ranked amongst the top 200 National Mortgage Bankers in the United States he has been in the mortgage Business since 2003. Austin is an active member of the Executive Council Charities in Phoenix and long time supporter of the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Scottsdale. Austin, his wife Lindsey and two children, Brody and Kennedy, reside in Scottsdale, AZ.

Michael Creel

Michael Creel is a veteran in the marketing industry, with a proven track record of helping brands in the real estate and lending space build a strong presence across a number of social platforms. Starting his mortgage career at Wells Fargo during college, Michael then took his background in lending and merged it with his degree in design and marketing to start an independent marketing agency.

Over the next 10 years Michael built and implemented several marketing strategies and installed the digital and social framework to support several mortgage teams, loan officers, realtors, several new home builders and brands in various other spaces. In 2020 the two paths fused again when Michael opened Forward Loans. A duly licensed mortgage brokerage, offering digital strategies and marketing automation to loan officers, while focusing on process and service for clients and employees.

Devin Vos

Devin’s mission is to elevate the lives of others. His unique approach of gratitude, graciousness, and generosity has earned him the reputation of being a servant leader, both within the industry and in the local community.

A Southern California native, Devin grew up in the Motion Picture Industry, where his family owned a successful production company. While still attending high school and throughout college, Devin worked for a boutique real estate company. Being a young entrepreneur, he moved to Scottsdale, AZ, where he helped start-up a Real Estate Investment Firm, which is now publicly traded. Once the firm’s portfolio grew to 20,000 assets across 7 states, Devin decided to launch his own Private Real Estate Investment Firm. He is the Founder and Principal of The Vos Company, whose primary focus is to acquire commercial properties in the western United States. Additionally, in 2015, Devin had the good fortune to cross paths with Frank Busch, Founder, and CEO of Thomas Title, who became an instant confidant. As this relationship developed, Frank invited Devin to serve alongside him at Thomas Title as a Private Client Consultant.

Dave McMaster

Dave McMaster serves as Uncommon Giving’s President and General Counsel. Mr. McMaster most recently served as Vice President of Business Development and Director of Currency Brand Management for Scottsdale Mint, LLLP, where he led efforts to open new international wholesale markets and sales channels globally through wholesale distribution. Dave negotiated licensing, purchasing and sales agreements with domestic and international suppliers, distributors and Fortune 500 companies and collaborated on corporate marketing campaigns to communicate new product releases and product price changes with The Mint’s international and domestic distribution partners.

An experienced negotiator and counselor for individual clients and corporate employers, Dave previously served as an attorney at Wagstaff & Cartmell, LLP in Kansas City. He was also Vice President, Municipal Government Affairs/Vice President – Member Services for Home Builders Association of Central Arizona. Dave’s career began in Washington, DC, where he held positions as Associate Director, White House Liaison Office at the U.S. State Department; Deputy Regional Political Director, Southwest Region for Bush-Cheney Campaign and Presidential Inaugural Committee; and Political Coordinator, Office of Political Affairs at The White House. Dave earned his J.D. at the University of Kansas School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in political science with an emphasis in international security at Arizona State University.

Noah Borrasso

When companies need help creating and executing a real estate strategy, it comes to no surprise they work with Noah Barrasso. As a tenant advisor, Noah only represents the needs of tenants and never landlords, ensuring there is no conflict of interest. With an extreme passion for people and culture, Noah works diligently with companies to create an ecosystem that supports the growth of its employees.

Aside from real estate, Noah is extremely passionate about helping others and living a life of service. He strives to find ways to leave a lasting impression on those he meets and lives by a “give and you shall receive” mentality. He joined Homes for Good to be a part of something much bigger than himself and hopefully positively impact many for generations to come.

Paul Colwell

Paul Colwell is the Managing Director of Cullum Homes, an award winning luxury custom home builder with over 35 years of experience in the Valley. Prior to his current role, Paul worked at Honeywell Aerospace and served in the US Navy as a submarine officer. He is married to the former Lindsay Cullum and has 2 kids, Annaleigh and Brendan. He is very excited to be part of Homes for Good and looks forward to seeing the impact this organization can have within the community.

Cynthia Sassi

Cynthia Sassi has been a force in online publishing for over a decade, working with some of the nation’s most respected brands and publications along the way. She is a venerated authority on the subjects of digital media, social media, digital marketing, web design, event planning, and entrepreneurship. The President and Founder of Fabulous Arizona (and its parent company Fabulous Media Group), Cynthia is a fixture in her local community of Scottsdale. Her immense passion for helping Valley business owners is what led her to help found the digital marketing agency Say Less Media. In her spare time, Cynthia works with over a dozen local charities and frequently gives speeches on subjects ranging from digital media to female entrepreneurship in the 21st Century.

Steve Lewis

Steve Lewis was born in the UK and lived there for the early years of his life. He went to a sports high school and university, where he was a member of the British Athletics Performance Program for young athletes. His specialization in the pole vault took Steve all over the world, visiting over 40 countries. He signed a professional contract with Nike as a 19-year-old and went on to win many national and international medals. He is considered the most successful British pole-vaulter of all time as the former national record holder and two-time olympian. During his athletics career, Steve was involved in many start-ups, and his entrepreneurial abilities started to shine with his eye for detail and relentless work ethic. Steve moved to the US in 2013 on an extraordinary ability visa to teach and build a sports business. After becoming a permanent resident, he founded Maverick Coffee, Paradise Valley's premium coffee hotspot. His work in the community is significant to him; in 2018, he organized 12 small charity events and raised thousands of dollars for charities in the local area. Recently, Steve has used his background and knowledge in high performance to lead a research company that supports a charity for active military members, Veterans, and their entire support networks to improve their health and wellness. The team behind Steve are his wife Leah and 3 boys, Eli, Jett, and Axel. If you are looking to get to know Steve, make sure you do it on the golf course!
