NON-PROFITS

How do we know this is for real? Can we trust you to represent our organization?2018-12-06T14:16:17-07:00

In the first year, Homes for Good reached over 13,000 followers and raised over $12,000 for local non-profits, including the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Scottsdale, First Tee of Phoenix, and Make-a-Wish Arizona. We would be honored to support your organization too.

If you have questions about working with us or just want to get to know us better, we would be happy to meet with you in person or connect you with a non-profit we have sponsored in the past so you can hear more about their experience.

How will you get the word out?2018-12-06T14:16:08-07:00

We share your story daily through our real estate activities, conversations, website, email newsletters, blog posts, social media, and other marketing.

How much will you raise?2018-12-06T14:16:02-07:00

Each non-profit receives a minimum donation of $1,500. Supporters are also welcome – but never pressured – to donate money, and we have several partners who often match donations.

What do you need from us?2018-12-06T14:15:57-07:00

All we need to get started is your approval to be a featured non-profit, your logo, and social media handles. If you also want to share promotional images, marketing collateral, or other swag, we’re happy to distribute them on your behalf.

How do we benefit? What’s in it for us?2018-12-06T14:15:51-07:00

As a featured non-profit, you will receive a minimum donation of $1,500 and spread the word about your cause to over 13,000 people who may contribute additional support and donations in the future.

How does it work?2019-03-26T22:19:27-07:00

Homes for Good makes it easy for people to give back just by showing up. Here’s how it works:

Nomination

Each quarter, the community nominates one local non-profit to be sponsored by Homes for Good.

Promotion

We share the non-profit’s story with the community and connect people with their organization through everyday conversations, our website, blog posts, email newsletters, social media, and other marketing.

Donation

Throughout the quarter, our team also holds at least 30 open houses, where we make the non-profit part of our conversations with guests and donate our own money based on attendance:

$5

per open house.

$1

for every guest who enters that enters the home (including agents and their clients).

$1

for every guest that joins the Homes for Good newsletter.

Guests are also welcome – but never pressured – to donate money, and we have several partners who often match donations.

PARTNERS

How do we know this is for real? Can we trust you to represent our organization?2018-12-06T14:12:04-07:00

In the first year, Homes for Good partnered with several organizations to raise over $12,000 for local non-profits, including the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Scottsdale, First Tee of Phoenix, and Make-a-Wish Arizona. We would be honored to partner with you to continue doing good in the community.

If you have questions about working with us or just want to get to know us better, we would be happy to meet with you in person or connect you with a past co-sponsor so you can hear more about their experience.

What if we already support a non-profit outside of Homes for Good?2018-12-06T14:11:54-07:00

We appreciate that you’re already giving! We honor the philanthropic initiatives your business already has in place, and we encourage you to continue with your plans.

There’s also no harm in doing more. If you would still like to support another organization and extend your reach to new audiences, you can sponsor a non-profit through Homes for Good and/or refer people to participate. If any of your referrals end up working with us for their real estate needs, we commit to donation 3% of the deal back to the non-profit of your choice to thank you.

Are there any conflicts of interest if we partner with you?2018-12-06T14:11:48-07:00

If you work in the real estate industry and are not able to donate through your company, you’re welcome to donate personally or support Homes for Good in other ways that don’t pose a conflict of interest.

How has this worked for other partners?2018-12-06T14:11:44-07:00

Several local businesses have partnered with Homes for Good as co-sponsors, including The Bates Team with VIP Mortgage. If you have questions about working with us or just want to get to know us better, we would be happy to meet with you in person or connect you with a past co-sponsor so you can hear more about their experience.

What do you need from us?2018-12-06T14:11:39-07:00
